Motorized FA Lens
Motorized FA (Factory Automation) lenses are fixed-focal machine vision lenses with motorized iris and motorized focus. Aperture and focus can be programmatically controlled via RS485 or USB by vision controllers and PLC systems. Electronic tuning of brightness and focus enables dynamic adaptation to variations in workpiece height, surface reflectivity and ambient lighting. Boasting low distortion and high full-field illumination, the lenses are deployed at flexible automated inspection stations for PCB AOI, 3C component sorting, dynamic barcode reading and in-line packaging inspection
